happy happy new year!

wow. i can't believe another year has come and gone. i can't believe that i'm not in college anymore and i can't believe i've spent five months in la already. this year has great things in store for it. chris is moving to la and i'm working with a commerical agent. i'm turning 23 this year, which i have to say, i'm not to excited for. but i'm positive that life is going to be pretty amazing this new year. i already got a compliment from jackson saying he liked my shirt i was wearing- so i'm saying things are already off to a great start.

christmas break was great. it's funny that i call it christmas break. i guess it still felt that way cause everyone went home for it. i didn't go home. my home came to me. My mom came the 24th and my dad and brother followed on the 26th. it was great spending so much time with them. then for new years, bob and i drove down with my family to san diego for a wonderfully delightful adventure. it rained a few days but we had a great time. played pool, saw walk the line, my dad and brother surfed- great time. i discovered that i really love documentaries, especially about house decorating or er/ bizarre surgeries. for instance we watched this show that documented a guy who was 759 pounds- which after watching i decided that i should eat healthier and also that i really feel pain for people that are that fat. what are they to do. the only things they love in life are food, and that is what is basically killing them. it's sad. i can't imagine.

i got a bunch of really cool stuff for christmas. one of the most amazing gifts, was this party girl's guide to throwing great parties-(or something along that line) it has every month and gives you ideas for about three parties you can throw each month along with food and costume ideas for each party. it's great. so, friends- we have a lot of parties to have.

anyway- this week i need to take my car in to get the brakes checked out, find a cool job, go shopping, and rest up for chris to come into town.

well kids, i think that is it for now. i hope everyone is thinking positive this new year and trying all new, exciting things that come your way. (within reason of course.) oh, and if i haven't told you lately.... i love you. all of you. :)
